What travel documents will I need to bring?

• The 2026 GDC is taking place in Las Vegas, Nevada. Domestic U.S. travelers should bring valid government-issued identification that meets current airline and TSA requirements.
• International attendees are responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate passport, visa, ESTA, or other documentation required to enter the United States.
• Please verify all travel documentation requirements before booking travel.

What are the 2026 Program Highlights?

• Monday: Dealer arrivals, registration, and DNA Welcome Reception & Sales Awards
• Tuesday: GDC broadcast from Italy and North American National Sales Conference
• Wednesday: Dealer departures and optional off-site Ducati Product Demo Experience – demo rides with scheduled shuttle transportation.
• Demo participation will be organized into assigned groups to maintain a smooth rotation and maximize riding time.
• Final motorcycle lineup, riding requirements, waiver information, and individual group timing is available within the registration process.

• October in Las Vegas typically brings warm, dry daytime conditions with cooler mornings and evenings. Please pack layers and plan for changing temperatures, especially for Wednesday’s off-road demo activity.
